Billing & Renewal
Payments are charged through your app store account, and subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal charges are processed within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Pricing
Prices are displayed clearly before purchase and may vary by region.
Managing & Canceling Subscriptions
You manage your subscription through your app store settings (Apple ID or Google Play). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription — cancel it through your app store account first.
Free Trials
When offered, free trials convert to a paid plan automatically unless canceled before the trial ends. Limit one free trial per account.
Refunds
Refunds follow the policies of the app store you purchased through (Apple or Google), not a policy set directly by Astra Voxis LLC.
Changes to Subscriptions
We may modify subscription offerings or pricing over time, with notice provided where required by law.
